Postpartum Support
In this 3 month support program, we work together meeting once a month for an hour long session (in person or virtual), where we discuss your health and how to optimize for conception. We will discuss ways to optimize your nutrition specific for conception, incorporate movement in your daily life, and use herbs to support balance, provide vitality and stress management. ​​

Before our meeting a health questionnaire will be sent to you, please send completed form back before our scheduled session.
