Elderberry Syrup Workshop
Elderberry syrup is a delicious and immune boosting herbal concoction that helps to both ward off and speed up the recovery of viral infections. In this workshop, we will make a big batch of elderberry syrup as a group, and each participant will take home a jar to keep themselves and their families healthy this autumn and winter. We will also spend some time talking about how to support the immune system as we enter into the colder months.

This is a hands-on, heart opening experience where we will explore how to listen to and build lifelong relationships with these plants. By the end of the gathering participants will feel comfortable connecting with, identifying, harvesting and preparing these special plants in a variety of ways to easily incorporate them into your kitchen & home apothecary for every day wellness.
