Yoga and Natural Dye Retreat

Escape to the beautiful mountainside setting of Nurture Through Nature in Denmark, ME for a day of movement and creativity. The morning will begin with a one hour yoga flow led by Emily Blau, followed by a delicious nourishing lunch. After lunch we will explore bundle dyeing, a natural dye technique using plants to impart colors and prints onto fabric, led by Abbie Gross. Each participant will create a one of a kind cotton tote bag and a silk handkerchief. It will be a day of creativity and movement grounded in nature.
